Škarica is an innovation-focused operator with a track record of turning early-stage concepts into structured, scalable products and venture models. His work centers on connecting product vision, ecosystem partnerships, and execution, enabling teams to move from experimentation to validated, market-ready outcomes.
At Sphere Ventures, Škarica will lead innovation strategy, product development, and ecosystem design. He will focus on building repeatable systems that integrate technology, market insight, and community engagement, ensuring that new initiatives translate into measurable traction and long-term value.
